Privacy. There were only certain places in Carlem you could get the correct amount of privacy. The railroad tracks, the meadows and the tailings. The railroad tracks and the meadows were filled with couples lately, so the tailings were the only place to get privacy.
Lucy had her dark brown hair hair down, but with a pink headband holding her hair back, that didn't include the bangs that were in her eyes, they didn't bother her much. Her heavily eyelined eyes were searching suspiciously around the hill like someone was hiding and Lucy could catch them.
Finally coming to the conclusion that there was no one else there, she sat down on the hill but leaned back a few seconds after her ass hit the ground. She took out her lime green-it matched her phone-and put it on some P!ATD...full blast.

Xanten was walking along the area talking on his cellphone with his wonderful boyfriend Ryan. He missed him so much and would met him at the ice cream parlor in about an hour. Getting some cute pics of them on his phone he smiled and saves then but uses one as his wallpaper and screen saver. Telling Ryan he loved him and would see him in an hour he hung up his phone putting it into his pocket. Putting the earbuds into his ear he turned his MP3 player on and listened to some music, seeing Lucy someone he knew he went over to her. "hey Lucy."

The song was ringing in Lucy's ears, she was unable to hear anything else and that was the way she wanted it. Despite not hearing anything, she still sensed a presense close to her. She looked up and saw Xanten. She turned the I-Pod off and smiled warmly at him. "Hey,"

Sitting down next to her he smiled and paused his music, taking the earbuds out. "How are you Lucy?" He smiled at his friend and looked around where they were. "Oh guess what?" Xanten was so excited he had a boyfriend that was a huge thing to him he had never had one before.

"That's good to hear." He smiled and tilted his head looking at her, wondering what was up. "I have a boyfriend now, its Ryan we were talking in the band room at school, we finally told each other how we really felt about one another." Xanten was in a great mood.

Lucy gave a nod, sitting up to sit Indian style. "Ryan..." She repeated, wondering where she had heard that name before. She finally gave a defeated shrug, deciding she had no idea where she knew him from. "I've never heard of him," She replied. "I have a boyfriend too," She muttered. |

"His name is Ryan Davis we've known each other for a while now." He was on cloud nine and very very happy more like extremely happy. "Oh that's great, who's the guy?" Wanting to know who the guy is that has Lucy's heart.

"That's cool," Came from Lucy's mouth in a low mutter. "His name is Keith," She answered, smiling just thinking about Keith. She took out her phone and checked for messages, there were none. She scrunched up her nose and looked at him again, her face back to normal. |

"Thanks." Hearing the words in a low mutter he listened to her and nodded. "I think I have seen him around, I'm happy for you that you have someone nice." Making sure he didn't miss any calls he didn't have any, putting the phone back into his pocket but made sure to check the time. "School will be here again soon."

"Good to hear." It had reached his ears hearing her sighs he turned around facing her. "I would talk to Keith about it to be honest if you're not ready for it then you need to talk to him and be honest." That is was he thought and knew Keith had a right to know. "Yes, Ryan knows I've never been in love or had a boyfriend before, we're taking it slowly..We were friends first then bestfriends both hiding being in love with eachother."

"I think so, I mean I liked being on winter break and I'm actually a little nervous about the spring semester." He chewed on his bottom lip thinking about the two new classes that he was taking as well. Moving a piece of his hair behind his ear he smiled thinking about Ryan.

"At least you didn't freeze up in drama class or drama club like I did when we had to do a scene from Romeo and Juliet." He said remembering that he was so miserable the entire day because of that. Xanten frowned and rubbed at his forehead he had been so happy that day then it was screwed up.
