Roxxie walked into the band room and set her bag down at one of the chairs of the room. She looked around slightly seeing that the class hadn't fully started yet which gave her enough time to practice her song on the piano and also to warm up to get ready for whatever song they'd be playing today. Rox is never really one to get involved in anything school related, but she loved music with all her heart. It was the only thing she had ever been passionate about. She hoped that one day her music would take her somewhere so she could prove to everyone that she wasn't a no body like how she'd been told by her peers since she was younger. She sat down on the custioned bench, kracking her knuckles slightly as she started to play on the piano, humming the tune that was inside of her head.

Lucy gave her head a soft shake, looking for the band teacher. She heaved a sigh, stupid idiot had already left for lunch. She raised an eyebrow, leaning up against the wall near the entrance, crossing her arms. She bit her lip softly, listening to the girl play the piano.

Roxxie kept playing, not singing out yet, but as the lyrics started to hit her she couldn't help but sing. She loved when creativity worked its magic. It was almost to perfect for words. The feeling you get once you've finally found the song you're supossed to compose is indescribable. She closed her eyes as she started to sing the song out.
She wants to go home, But nobody's home. It's where she lies, Broken inside. With no place to go, No place to go t To dry her eyes. Broken inside.

Lucy tilted her head as she listened to her sing, she was good, no doubt about that. Lucy still had her arms crossed along her chest but moved off of the wall, biting her lip as Roxanne sang.

Roxxie ended her singing as she hit the keys a couple more times. Finally she stopped and sighed, scratching her scalp slightly. That song that had been stuck in her head for quite some time now was about her life, and everytime she sang it the bad memories of her childhood clouded her mind and made her sad. She pushed the thoughts past as she looked over, seeing some girl standing there. She looked at her for a second before she spoke. "You been there the entire time?" she asked in an emotionless tone. Lucy raised an eyebrow as the girl said this. She gave a nod, "Yeah. You're a really good singer," She said with a nod.

Roxxie let her guard down and smiled softly over at her. "Thanks. Didn't mean to snap at you, just startled me is all." she said with a smile trying to be friendly this time around. Not like she was gonna be all sunshine and rainbows or anything like that, but her theripist said she needed to work on meeting new people and letting people into her life without thinking anything bad is gonna happen. Lucy waved her hand, as if to say it was all in the past. "It's cool," She said, nodding at Roxanne. "I'm Lucy," She said, attempting to make civil conversation with this girl.

"I'm Roxxie...." she said with a smile as she stood up off the piano stole and looked over at her. "You play?" she asked, just asking and making small talk. [/size]

Lucy glanced around at the drums. "Percussion," She replied in a quiet voice. "It's nice to meet you by the way," She said with a soft nod, crossing her arms again.
